Bookings and payment
A reservation is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued. Rates are quoted in South African Rand and may vary by season, occupancy, accommodation area and length of stay.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be stated in the booking confirmation. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary according to the rate and booking channel selected. The policy displayed at the time of booking and included in the booking confirmation will apply.
Occupancy
Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation may stay at the property. Little Villa accommodates a maximum of 16 overnight guests when booked as a whole. Parties, events and additional visitors require prior written approval.
Children
Children are welcome. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their supervision at all times, particularly around the swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor areas.
Pets
Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement only and remain subject to the applicable pet policy, any additional cleaning fee and the owner’s written approval.
Pool, hot tub and fire areas
All facilities are used at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised. Guests must follow the operating and safety instructions provided and may not use glassware near the pool or hot tub.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the accommodation. Guests may use designated outdoor areas and must dispose of cigarette ends safely.
Noise and neighbours
Guests are asked to respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning.
Damage, loss and excessive cleaning
The booking guest is responsible for damage, breakages, missing items or excessive cleaning caused by any member of the group. The reasonable cost of repair, replacement or additional cleaning may be charged.
Personal belongings and vehicles
Little Villa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings or vehicles, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Guests should secure the property when leaving.
House manager and access
An on-site house manager is available to welcome and assist guests. Where urgent maintenance, safety or security requires access, reasonable efforts will be made to notify guests first.
Force majeure
Little Villa will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable consumer law.
Privacy
Personal information is processed for enquiries, reservations, guest communication and legal or operational requirements in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
